Job Description:
Zakeya Organics LLC. is seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to manage content on all social media platforms. If you love social media and enjoy creating content this is the perfect position for you. You will be responsible for growing followers on social media, interacting with the public, and promoting our Zakeya Iman brand. Support the company operations by interacting with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our agency and provide customer care services to new audiences. To create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media. To assist with overall marketing efforts. To be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to service promotion. The goal is to deliver effective media programs that will help our reputation and growth.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct market research to find answers about customer requirements, habits, and trends as well as competitor’s trends.
- Assist with brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns as assigned by the supervisor.
- Assist in collaborating with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Assist with the planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversation rates, traffic rates etc.) Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
- Assist with building and executing social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling.
- Write, develop, and strategize online and printed material.
- Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
- Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles.
- Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community.
Salary: $10 per hour

Location: Remote; but may be required to come into the office in the future.
Job Requirements:
This job requires high-speed internet connection, Zoom software, and a phone.
Education:
High School Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing preferred but not necessary.
